Please note that our higher ed program is highly customizable, therefore, your institution may not have access to everything covered in this video. Brainfuse help now features live tutoring to help with assignments, a Writing Lab, and other powerful learning tools. So how do you get live tutoring? Simply choose a topic subject and then click connect. You will connect with the professional tutor in the brand views classroom who can help you with an assignment or teach you a new academic skill. If you need a Spanish-speaking tutor check the box and you'll be connected with a bilingual tutor. Alternatively, if you prefer not to have a live session but need assistance on an academic question, you can click on “send a question.” You'll receive a reply within 24 hours. Use the Writing Lab to send your writing for expert feedback from a writing tutor. Brainfuse will return the paper within 24 hours. Skill surfer is a library of lessons, practice tests, videos, and more. It is excellent for self-guided learning. You can work through lessons independently or connect with a live tutor if you need further assistance. Leap helps you build academic skills through targeted lessons, quizzes, and live online tutoring. Leap creates your learning plan based on a skills assessment that you take at the beginning of the course. Flashbulb is a versatile flashcard tool. This robust learning resource helps you find flashcards or create your own in addition to traditional flashcards. Each set offers several learning games. Click on e-parachute, co-founded by Richard Bolles, the author of what color is your parachute, to help you discover potential college majors and careers that match your skills and interests. The language lab is for students who are learning a foreign language and want to connect with a live tutor. Spanish is currently supported, and additional languages will be added in the near future. Choose ME to schedule live online study groups with peers. Faculty can also use ME to set up online sessions with students. Brainwave allows you to record what you do on the whiteboard and chat and share it with others by email or add it to the Brainfuse brainwave library.
